Who Can Compete:

Any SVCC member in good standing

Entrees:

Up to three projected images can be submitted for consideration

Subject:

Images must include wildlife: Animals, birds and insects who are living in their natural habitat and not in possession or control of humans. Photos must accurately reflect the subject matter as it appeared in the viewfinder. No additions to the image should be made and the only thing that should be removed would be dust spots. Cropping and minor adjustments to the color and contrasts, HDR and focus stacking are allowed.

Judging Criteria To Include:

Technical Quality, Composition, Originality, Creativity and Artistic Merit. Judging will be done blindly. Entrants will be assigned a number. The Entrants and their corresponding number will be managed by Steven Grunfeld who will be given the winning numbers by the Judge.

Awards:

1st Place: The Tom Ulrich Wildlife Award 2nd, 3rd and 3 honorable mentions depending on the number of submissions.

Submission Date:

All entrees must be uploaded to the website by March 1. Awards to be announced at the Annual Banquet March 21.
